Research Characteristics
The focus of professors and laboratories in the College of Nutrition is to carry out research related to molecular nutrition, clinical nutrition, community nutrition, food safety, and health food evaluation via cell, animal, and human experiments and data analyses. Through this diverse research, we pass on knowledge about nutrition, food safety, and preventive medicine with the objective of promoting the population’s health.
